Yes. Dogs are allowed to enter and move around in common areas in accordance with the Pet Friendly protocol.

Shops that allow dogs indicate this with a green sticker.

Shops that do not allow them indicate this with a red sticker.

No. Dogs are not allowed in premises intended for the preparation, sale, storage, transport, or handling of food or drinks (for example, the hypermarket).

In dining establishments, each business decides. If allowed, it will only be on the indoor or outdoor terrace, where applicable.

Main rules of the protocol:

  • Your dog must be kept on a short leash or harness (retractable leashes are not allowed).
  • The same person may not handle more than one dog.
  • Your dog must be under control and calm at all times.
  • Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in children’s areas and restrooms.
  • It is forbidden to leave your dog alone in the car or tied up unattended.
  • If the dog relieves itself, the owner must remove and clean it up immediately (bring bags and cleaning material).
  • Dogs that are ill, unhygienic, or without up-to-date vaccinations/deworming are not allowed (vaccination record may be required).
  • It is recommended not to enter with females in heat.
  • It is recommended not to use moving ramps with dogs (better to use the elevator or service stairs).

Yes. These restrictions do not apply to companion, guide, and assistance animals for people with disabilities, nor to duly accredited protection dogs.
