Atlántico Vecindario Shopping Center is getting ready to enjoy an afternoon full of fun, creativity and costumes with the celebration of its costume contest, an activity designed so that children, families and pets can participate and enjoy a very special event together.
The contest will take place on Friday, March 13, 2026 at 6:30 PM on the upper floor of the shopping center, in the stage area located in front of Carrefour.
This is an activity open to the public that aims to encourage a festive atmosphere and family participation in an event designed for all ages.
Three categories to participate
The contest will feature three different categories so everyone can be part of the experience:
Children’s costume contest
Family costume contest
Pet costume contest
The costume theme is free, so participants will be able to let their imagination run wild and surprise the jury with their ideas. However, the organization reminds participants that costumes or objects that may be offensive or dangerous will not be allowed.
Parade and presentation of participants
Participants must arrive at the contest area 15 minutes before the start, at 6:15 PM.
The parade will take place in order of arrival and will follow the following participation order:
Children’s category
Family category
Pet category
Each participant will perform a short walk across the stage and, if they wish, they may accompany it with a brief performance or representation of their character.
In the case of younger children who cannot walk alone on stage, they may do so accompanied by their parents or guardians.
Prizes for the winners
The jury, composed of members of the shopping center management and the event organization team, will be responsible for selecting the winners of each category.
There will be three prizes per category, as well as small gifts for participants.
Among the prizes are:
€100 to spend at Atlántico Shopping Center
Gift vouchers for stores within the center
Cinema tickets for Yelmo Cines
Leisure activities and special prizes for pets
In addition, all participants will receive a small gift for taking part in the contest.
How to participate
Participation in the contest is completely free, but prior registration is required.
Interested participants must register through the application available on the shopping center’s website before March 12, 2026.
In the case of minors, the registration must be completed by their parent or legal guardian.
