Atlántico Vecindario Shopping Center has supported Santa Lucía Suresanta this summer in running its 2025 Basketball Camp, an event that brought together around 250 young participants during four weeks full of sport, camaraderie, and fun
The facilities of the La Unión Sports Complex and IES Vecindario welcomed children aged 6 to 17, who enjoyed not only basketball but also multisport activities, workshops, games, excursions, and team-building experiences
The campus closing took place this past weekend, with the presence of the Mayor of Santa Lucía de Tirajana, Don Francisco García, who thanked the dedication of nearly forty instructors, as well as the support of families and partner organizations. “All of this would not be possible without the commitment of those who believe in sport as a tool for education,” he said.
